The Demonic Tapes plot

A man alone at Christmas finds an old box in his basement. When he opens the box, it turns out to be filled with old recording tapes. The man listens to the tapes and discovers that they were recorded by Claire Reynolds, a well-known medium. Soon the man makes a shocking discovery.
