The Alien Within plot
"Only one species can rule the Earth... it may no longer be human."
An undersea mining platform is located 760 meters below sea level. It falls prey to a mysterious and dangerous parasite of alien origin. The parasite has the ability to affect people's minds so that survivors can't be sure who is safe and who is infected. For example, terror turns into paranoia when the team members turn against each other.
