Septic Man plot

"Shit just got surreal."

A Canadian town faces some serious pollution problems that require residents to be evacuated. The people who become infected are shot by soldiers to prevent a further outbreak. A mysterious organization hires a sewage company to find out what's going on and find a way to stop the problem. However, Jack, the sewage company employee, gets trapped in a septic tank and undergoes a horrific transformation.
