Schlitter plot

Lucas and Mathias, the eight-year-old sons of lumberjacks in the Vosges, are best friends. One day, Lucas's father fatally crashes his car into Mathias, who is cycling down the mountain. Lucas sits in the back of the car and watches helplessly as his father throws his friend's lifeless body into the ravine. He realizes that he will have to keep quiet about the terrible accident forever. Twenty years later, back in the area for his parents' funeral, Lucas, accompanied by his girlfriend and his best friend, bumps into Mathias's father. Still tormented by guilt, Lucas agrees to go to his house for coffee. But he and his friends will not come out unscathed...
