Red Midnight plot

A doctor, his wife and their friend help a wounded man who is part of a foreign gang of spies planning to detonate nuclear bombs across the US. The unsuspecting Good Samaritans are taken hostage after the wounded man reveals the plans before dying. Fearing the horror of a nuclear holocaust, the Doctor convinces the spies to burn cities instead, knowing that US cities could recover from the fires.
