Nightmares plot
"Nightmares... is this year's sleeper."
A collection of four short stories. In the first story, a woman leaves her house at night to drive to the store while at the same time a murderer is walking around. In the second story, a child prodigy's obsession with a game becomes something that can lead to deadly consequences. In the third story, a priest loses his faith and decides to leave the city, but in the desert he is chased by a mysterious black car. Finally, in the last story, the problem of a family with a rat is bigger than they think.

Four surreal horror stories that seem to be promoted by some Christian association or other. The first points out the indirect dangers of smoking (2.5*), the second the consequences of gaming addiction (3*), the third the loss of your faith (2*), and in the last, angry people are always punished (3*). How much more moralizing can a horror film be? The second story is by far the best for me; the music, the beginnings of gaming culture, and a very young Emilio Estevez make this chapter a real treat. The other three stories lack originality.
