Høsten plot

"Wanna play doctor?"

John pretends to be a doctor. In reality, he is removing vital organs from kidnapped and murdered people to sell them on the black market. However, he runs into trouble when he delivers a malfunctioning kidney and has only a few hours to find a replacement.
