"It's all fun and games until someone loses a head."
Years ago, an accident at a chemical factory killed 138 employees, including Jacob's father. Since then, Jacob has been obsessed with the factory. His friends lure him to the factory to play a prank in the hopes that he will come to his senses and realize that it is not haunted. When Jacob discovers he's been cheated on, something snaps in him. He picks up an ax and starts killing it.
