El Charro de las Calaveras (Rider of the Skulls) is a masked horseman who takes on monsters and supernatural threats. In the first segment, El Charro tries to protect a young mother and her child from a werewolf. In the second segment, the evil consists of a bat-headed vampire who once again threatens a young mother. In the third segment, El Charro takes on a headless horseman whose head is owned by a rich woman.
