Durgamati: The Myth plot
Some precious statues of a goddess are stolen from a temple. Officer Satakshi Ganguly is assigned the case and suspects bureaucrat Ishwar Prasad. The only one who knows enough about Ishwar is Officer Chanchal, who is serving a prison sentence for murdering his beloved Shakti. Chanchal is taken for questioning to a house where it turns out to be haunted. There he is possessed by the spirit of Durgamati.
