Michael Dare and Dr. Susan Verger must work together to stop the deranged Dr. Timothy Straun, who has gruesome plans for his patients. Straun is the leader of the Straun Foundation, which conducts strange investigations under the name of the Rage Impulsive Disorder experiment.
