"What if your worst nightmare… escaped!"

Derailed serial killer Charles Mason escapes the death penalty and plans to turn the town of Quartz Hill into a bloodbath. He is looking for Congressman Fontaine's children because he is out for revenge and he leaves a trail of victims. Now it's up to Ashley Fontaine to protect her younger siblings from the deranged maniac while her parents are out of town.
