Deadly Love plot

Buddy and Ann are two teenagers in love who want to run away together. Everything changes when Buddy is murdered. Twenty years later, Ann uses black magic to get back in touch with Buddy. But then Ann dies too: she is driven to suicide by local teenagers. Ann's niece inherits the house and is plagued by violent teenagers, a homicidal maniac and the ghost of a dead man.
