Dead Media plot

Maggie, a troubled young woman, settles down to watch a movie with her two best friends. Their choice? A long-lost horror film from the 90s called "Night of the Lurchers." Even before they have started streaming, Maggie's horror-obsessed uncle arrives with a DVD, determined to give them the full experience, including bonus material. Unfortunately, the DVD turns out to be possessed, and the horrors from the film begin to manifest in their living room.
