"Nathan's social worker just wants to help him... feed."

On the streets of Manchester, police find homeless teenage boy Nathan as he sinks his teeth into a dead dog's neck. A few hours later, they hand Nathan over to social worker Marjorie, who recently had to deal with the fatal overdose of another child in her care. Although she has fallen into a vulnerable emotional state, she tries to guide Nathan as best she can. However, he believes he is a vampire. Marjorie assumes he's traumatized, but how much of his behavior is beyond delusional?
