Bikini Monsters plot

In a remote lab on the coast of Florida, a scientist is working on his own sinister project: creating a mermaid. He brutally beats his female subjects. Meanwhile, Detective Elizabeth Wayne investigates the disappearances of some local women. She decides to use herself as bait to lure the scientist out of hiding.
