Appofeniacs plot

A young man is obsessed with creating deepfake videos and eagerly seeks out new ways to exploit the technology. His videos are incredibly cruel and despicable. As his creations are released into the world, he sows chaos, with no regard for the consequences. Lives are destroyed and lost, all because of fake videos created for no good reason other than that the technology exists, so why wouldn't he use it?
