A Blind Bargain plot
"Robert dearly loved Angela, but alas! Too soon they have to part, for shortly he must leave her to fulfill a blind bargain with a mad genius of surgery!"
In exchange for money and medical help for his disabled mother, struggling writer Robert Sandell agrees to submit to the experiments of Doctor Lamb, who claims to want to extend human lifespan. Despite warnings from the doctor's wife and a hunchbacked assistant, Robert allows himself to be strapped to an operating table, where he discovers the true nature of the doctor's experiments.
