Giselle plot
A film adaptation of the ballet performance Giselle. Giselle, a peasant girl, falls in love with Albrecht, a nobleman who has kept his true identity hidden. When Giselle discovers that Albrecht has cheated on her and is engaged to someone else, she dies of a broken heart. For his punishment, Albrecht is handed over to the Wilis, ghosts of women who were dumped by their loved ones...
