Dimland plot

Brynn embarks on a journey with her friend Laika in an attempt to escape the misery and gloom of their urban life. When they arrive at Brynn's uncle's cottage in the mountains, they enjoy their seclusion in the new area. However, it turns out that they are not completely alone when they are approached by the masked Rue. Brynn knows Rue from her childhood and considers Rue's return unexpected, but not entirely unwelcome. In the woods, Brynn finally finds the escape she so longed for.
