The Gift plot

Sophia and Nikos, two Greek-Australian children from Melbourne, win a piece of land in Western Australia in a TV quiz. Sophia and her father want to sell the land and build a big new house, but Nikos and his mother want to keep their cozy old house. The two go on a trip with their grandfather to see their new property.
