Anjali plot

A married couple and their two children live together in South India. The family soon decides to have another child, but when it is born, it appears that the child is suffering from a terminal illness. The husband learns the news of the condition at the local hospital and the hospital authorities and the husband conspire to keep the child's illness a secret from the mother.
