Ace the Case plot

"Keeping the city safe, one neighbor at a time."

When 10-year-old Olivia's mother goes on a business trip for a weekend, she leaves her home alone with her 17-year-old brother. When she walks her dog Charlie the first night, she witnesses a kidnapping of a young woman. When she comes home to Miles, he doesn't believe her. The local police don't believe her either. The only one who listens to her is the cynical detective Dottie, but she too is skeptical. Olivia then decides to start her own investigation, which puts her in dangerous situations.
