Side/Walk/Shuttle plot

There is a glass elevator on the outside of the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. The filmmaker points his camera at the city from this elevator, while continuously changing the orientation of his camera. As a result, the buildings, freed from gravity, seem to rearrange themselves. This gives the viewer a different view of the environment.
