Young Cesar plot

The film tells the story of Ali Dean and the mistake he made by not being a good father to his two sons, Cesar and Tariq. Ali was convicted of a murder committed during a botched family robbery. He must spend the rest of his life behind bars, unable to save his sons from the dangers that take place on the streets where they grew up. Ali is utterly distraught when he learns that Cesar is trapped in a lucrative drug deal.
