"When the clock strikes the alarm screams "murder!""
In this film, several people gather at an inn next to a prison. There, a man sentenced to death will be executed, exactly at midnight. Just before the clock is about to strike twelve, a man arrives and confesses the crime for which the other is about to be executed. He is immediately arrested. The rest of the guys, who have actually come to find out where the crime's loot is hidden, now have to focus on the other man.
