We Were Tomorrow plot

In an effort to save humanity, alchemists move a small group of humans to an alternate world and give them three lifetimes to rebuild the population. Now, only a few centuries later, it appears that humanity in this new world seems to be dying out even faster than in the old world. An immortal, Cain, is on his way to exterminate mortals. Twins Noah and Evelyn fight through three lives trying to reach their destiny before Cain catches them.
