War Book plot

A group of British government officials, including the Defense Secretary, meet for three days to practice the 'War Book': a role-playing game in the event of a nuclear attack. The film takes place in one space and addresses political and moral issues that are very topical in the time of crisis - with IS, Ebola and Ukraine -: who should we help first, how can we ration food and medicines, do we want to whether or not to cooperate with the US and finally the crucial question: when are we going to deploy the devastating nuclear weapons?
