Vortice plot

The lovely young Elena is forced to leave her fiancé, a doctor, and marry a man she doesn't love in order to save her parents from financial ruin. Nevertheless, she gives birth to a child, but the marriage breaks down. One day, her husband has a serious accident during an extramarital affair and it is her ex-fiancé, who still loves her, who treats and heals her husband.
