Kat is a respected astrophysicist scheduled for her first space trip next year, until an accident forces her to remain on Earth. While on leave and dealing with the reality that her dream of becoming an astronaut is over, she volunteers at the local planetarium. There she is paired with David, who, according to the book, is working on an exhibition that will open just before Christmas. Will the stars align and bring these two together for the holidays?
