"Adam and Miriam have a one-night stand. They both wind up pregnant."

Adam wants to have a sex change and has been using testosterone for a while and already looks very manly. But with a poorly paid job, an operation is not possible for the time being and even the testosterone he is forced to teach: two months yes, two months not. His former flame Miriam is having a hard time with it. But when her current girlfriend doesn't want children and she does, she turns to Adam for some spiritual support with self-insemination. Unfortunately, things get a bit out of hand and they both turn out to be pregnant.
