Tsutsue plot

Sowah and Okai are the sons of a fisherman. They live in a town on the edge of a garbage dump that overflows into the sea. Their eldest brother died during a fatal fishing expedition, which has caused great sadness within the family. Okai has a hard time coming to terms with his death and is absolutely convinced that his brother is still there.
