Traffic plot

Traffic is about Mike McKay, Ben Edmonds and Adam Kadyrov. All three are involved in illegal smuggling, all three of their lives will soon intersect. Undercover cop McKay breaks up drug networks in Afghanistan. He discovers that while his relatives are under a police investigation, a shipment of drugs poses a grave threat to America. Ben Edmonds finds out that his father's clothing company has connections with the Chinese mafia, but takes over the company after his death. The mafia wants the same agreements as with his father. Adam Kadyrov is an illegal refugee, who wants his wife and children to come too. However, they never arrive, the ship appears to have sunk. Adam doesn't trust the news at all when it turns out that the castaways have been shot and starts an investigation.
