Thundering Jets plot
"Blast Off!"
US Air Force pilot and ace captain Steve Morley becomes frustrated when he is forced by Lt. Col. Henry Spalding to train recruits at Edwards Air Force Base in California. Morley has to make his students function under great stress and they have to be able to fly their jets at great heights. But Morley finds teaching very boring and he becomes even more frustrated when it turns out that one of his recruits falls in love with his attractive and young girlfriend Susan Blair. Morley's peace of mind influences his teaching style: he is often unreasonable and therefore not very popular on the grassroots. One day, one of his best students is in danger of life and Morley is forced to change his attitude if he is to save him.
