The Silent Command plot
A captain in the US Navy has the most crazy adventures. He has one of his most gruesome experiences while trying to stop a deadly terrorist. He is intent on sinking the Atlantic fleet and destroying the Panama Canal. Captain Decatur is doing everything he can to prevent this.
