The Image plot

Jason Cromwell is known as a star reporter and he enjoys nicknames like the 'White Knight of TV' and 'The only man America can trust'. In reality, however, he doesn't go too far to get a scoop and his dubious journalistic methods alienate him from his environment. When he lashes out at an old friend and one of the people he's investigating commits suicide, it's time to take a closer look at himself.
