The Devil Is Driving plot
"Chilling thrills run riot!"
Tony is the spoiled son of the wealthy and influential Charles Stevens. It is common for Tony to also get behind the wheel when he has drunk too many martinis. He fatally shovels an old woman during his ride and then his beloved Kitty Wooster is forced to jump sideways from the wharf. Under the law, Tony would deserve a hefty prison sentence for his dangerous driving, but he is always rescued by his father, who even bribes the jury and judges to keep his son out of prison.
