The Big Wave plot

Yukio, a farm boy, and Toru, a young fisherman, live in a small Japanese village. There people are regularly threatened by a volcano on one side and tidal waves on the other. Yukio's younger sister Setsu dreams of becoming a pearl fisherman. Toru just wants to go fishing with his father. When an alarm bell rings and an alarm flag is raised on the top of a mountain behind the village, all hell breaks loose...
