Tauerngold plot
A stranger with a felt hat on his head walks among the high mountain peaks and rolling alpine meadows. Jacob Hirzbacher (Sebastian Koch) is a widower hoping to find work in the local mining industry. With the arrival of this stranger, the hierarchy in the nearest village changes forever, but his charming demeanor and cheerful appearance mean no one will blame him.
