Jason is saving up for a drum kit. But that is not easy in a Manila slum, because everyone is looking for money. Jason's brother Billy, for example, has made his girlfriend pregnant and wants an abortion. Or his mother, who needs money for the hospital bill after a birth with complications. And then there's Pablo, a friend who no longer has a roof over his head.
