Suor Letizia plot
A missionary sister returns from Africa and is given responsibility for an impoverished monastery in the Bay of Naples, turning it into a home for abandoned children. The son of an unmarried mother who wants to emigrate to America with her lover arouses her own maternal feelings, but she nevertheless works to restore the family situation for him.
