Strah plot
Svetla, a widow who recently lost her job as a teacher, lives next to the Bulgarian-Turkish border. Because of its location, there are many refugees in her village. Xenophobia and bitter jealousy in the small Eastern European town where she lives accelerates after Svetla takes in a Malian refugee on his way to Germany.
