Stepchild plot

"One Woman: His wife. The Other: The mother of his children!"

Although Dale and Ken Bullock are supposed to be happily married, their marriage is on the verge of falling apart when Dale refuses to give up her well-paying job to spend more time with Ken and their two children, Jimmy, age 9, and Tommy, age 6. They file for divorce and the judge orders the children to be placed in the custody of their father. Dale realizes what she has lost, but she is too proud to say anything to Ken, whom she still loves. Ken, looking for the perfect housewife to care for his children, falls for his secretary, Millie Lynch.
