Stellenweise Glatteis plot

Kai Maiwald (Günter Lamprecht) discovers that the intercom, which is installed in various business areas of the company where he works, is being used as a listening device in the secretary's office. By a small trick the conversations are recorded on tape. Kai breaks in one night and steals the tires. At the pre-Christmas party, Kai shows the tapes to everyone. This leads to the director's resignation, but Kai doesn't go far enough. He wants the leadership to publicly apologize and tries to mobilize the unions and the works council, but then it turns out that the union has acquired the majority of the shares. Kai doesn't give up.
