"Nothin' to Pay ... Nothin' to Lose ... She Loved Wherever Her Flames Caught fire!"
Young Trigger Hicks lives in the mountains. Trigger is a faith healer and she has a constantly drunk father. Trigger gets into trouble over the 'cure' of one of her neighbors. A dam is being built in the mountains and engineer John Stafford and construction boss George Fleetwood have caught Trigger's attention. Both want to help Trigger when the locals want to lynch her for kidnapping a supposedly abused baby and they consider her a witch.
