Solness plot

The renowned architect Solness has not put anything down on paper for a long time and mainly lives on his reputation. However, he refuses to hand over his chair at the head of his own architectural firm to a successor. Because his private life is also a mess, Solness increasingly feels the ground sinking under his feet. Until one day the beautiful student Hilde reappears in his life. Years ago, when Hilde was a child, Solness had promised to build her a castle someday. Hilde now wants Solness to keep that promise.
