"Big trouble in little England"
Pep becomes a local hero after taking the law into his own hands to stop a robbery. He decides to join the Neighborhood Watch to fight crime and antisocial behavior. However, Pep's methods become increasingly extreme and violent, to the point that the community turns against him. Desperate to regain his hero status, Pep investigates rumors that a pedophile is active, sparking a manhunt.
