Shozo plot

Two men want to buy a dilapidated house cheaply, fix it up and sell it for a big profit. The problem is that the current tenants, the family of a poor painter, do not want to leave. One of the men decides to move in with his mistress in the hope that their antisocial habits will make them leave. The tenants, however, appear to have a heart of gold.
