Shams plot

Eden, a 30-year-old Belgian woman, works in a cultural center a few thousand kilometers from her home, in the bustling capital of Cairo. She learned to love the city thanks to Shams, an Egyptian girl almost 10 years old, who challenges her vision of the world. Fearing what others may think, Eden has a hard time accepting her feelings and this new relationship, until Shams brutally disappears after coming out to her mother.
