Shadowtown plot
"The lies we inherit."
Maya is a medical student in her mid-twenties. She inherits an old house in Iceland from her schizophrenic grandmother, whom she never met and didn't know existed. Pressured to sell the house, mysterious messages prompt Maya to explore her family's past before the chance is gone. She discovers a family drama that continues to affect her life to this day, raising questions about her grandmother's death, and endangering her own.
